      -Friendly people -Trust you to get work done on your own time -Get pay -The staff always wants to know what you like to do and give you projects focused around that skill

      Cons

      -Cubicle work -Projects can be dry Overall, this is a great place to work if you like to work alone at your desk for extended periods of time.
