Pros

Smart business people. We hire people who know the business and have been around and it shows in our results! Great company performance. We share success with all employees through our bonuses and it has been great. New flex work policy is what we have been looking for. We're growing!

Cons

Tension between home office and field product groups can be a challenge but we are all working for the same goals.

Pros

The company is large enough to have good resources and stability, but small enough that the CEO of the company knows who you are. Pay is competitive in the industry and this company is great about rewarding strong performers. The company culture encourages work life balance and flexible work arrangements. Leadership and our ESOP encourage ownership of your work, and you are empowered to make decisions that are in the best interest of your team. If you are hungry, humble, and smart, this is the place to be!

Cons

The office is close to the highway, but could be in a nicer area. Atlanta has gone down hill some during COVID and I would personally prefer to move the office outside of the city.
