Culture of ownership and the quality of the people is top notch. Shared rewards. Company and leadership live what they preach. Wish I would have found this place so much sooner in my career! Leadership is very approachable and genuine.

Cons

If you have an aversion to being challenged or learning new things, or just don't want to make a difference, this is NOT the place for you.

Pros

Pros: Being surrounded by fellow employee-owners everyday who care deeply about results and the people around them. The company culture is incredible. There's always professional growth opportunities. Wish I had found it sooner!

Cons

It's not perfect, but no company is. The difference I've found at RLI is that the company is willing to turn the mirror on themselves and constantly works at fixing their faults and opportunities for improvement.
