Continues to spend on culture, and prioritizes in person interactions whether in litigation or simply breaking bread

Cons

In office is not all things to all people but the company is also very flexible in its hybrid policy. I have never felt tension when needing to deviate.

Great culture, driven by ownership mentality. Strong leadership team that encourages and listens to employee feedback. Niche/specialty insurance company with a variety of insurance products, which allows the potential for professional growth/development in many different areas.

Cons

Employees are more visible in a smaller organization such as this, which could potentially be seen as a positive or a negative, depending on what you're looking for in a company.
