*Strong culture which encourages employee growth. *ESOP supports employee ownership mentality. *Good work/life balance.

Cons

*Salary and bonuses tend to be a little less but the positive work environment makes up for that.

Overworked and little advancement opportunities

The company has been consistently profitable

Cons

The company piles on work and states you are performing very well even better than your peers but then gives barely cost of living pay raises and little to no advancement opportunities. To explain this leadership constantly states that the company has really high expectations.

Pros

There definitely is a culture dedicated to making employees feel valued. The investments made through bonuses, 401k and ESOP contributions, and educational programs is encouraging. I also appreciate how often opportunities are provided for employees to come together.

Cons

Health insurance is a bit restrictive but overall think it is fairly priced.
