      Pros

      Generally positive culture with flexible working hours.

      Cons

      Very alcohol focused and a lot of pressure for supervisors/managers to partake. Travel is required and sometimes host mandatory conferences that last 14+hrs with limited breaks. Advocacy for doing it “different” but very strict performance standards and no room for autonomy. Emphasis on culture can be somewhat cult like and you very much have to drink the Kool Aid.

      Great company

      Pros

      Amazing culture, great people, and "community" atmosphere.

      Cons

      Training- I wish there was more of a training program when first hired and when being promoted. More of a "Trial by fire" and "ask around" learning transition. With that, most are more than happy to help and show the ropes.

      Strong work-life balance but lacks diversity initiatives

      Work life balance, ability to connect with upper management, HR support, continuous education

      Cons

      Not many diversity initiatives, don't get many free things from the company during day-to-day (free lunches, merch, etc.)
