      Good pay and other benefits Leave you alone to do your work

      Cons

      Executives don't protect their employees We get pushed around by the government employees even when our contract explicitly states terms of work Executives only want their people to stay so they don't have to go through the hiring process again. No clear promotion path or upward mobility
