There is great teamwork among staff and this is an excellent place for a new grad RN to begin their career.

Cons

The organization could benefit from paying their staff a competitive wage and would likely retain employees for a longer period of time.

Staff care for patients as they would their own family members.

Cons

One member of the executive team is the most awful person I've ever met. I have personally witnessed her tantrums and saw people leave her office in tears. I truly believe she found pleasure in taunting employees.
