Pros

When I first joined the firm, I had many life goals that seemed completely unrealistic. However, RMO has been both gracious and generous in giving me what I needed to succeed and obtain those goals. The firm's flexibility has also allowed it to roll with unexpected developments to seamlessly continue to provide high quality service to its clients while also making its employees feel secure and comfortable during significant changes.

Cons

Because RMO seeks to offer such a high standard of service to its clients, it seems as though it has been difficult to regularly find attorneys able to meet those standards, resulting in seemingly slower than desired recruiting/hiring.

Pros

There are many ways to measure a law firm when seeking employment. Perhaps your bingo card has squares for career advancement potential, reputation, compensation, or benefits. RMO fills all those boxes! For me, however, the center square of the bingo card is *people.* From A to Z, the people at RMO are kind, considerate, and thoughtful folks who take pride in their work and are invested in their colleagues' success.

Cons

RMO maintains several offices across some very big states, so it's entirely possible that you won't have the opportunity to see your colleagues in person as often as you'd like.
