- Easy to coast if that's what you're looking for - If you are looking to gain actual experience, seek to be put on a team that works directly with Apple FTEs (not common). - If you have any technical proficiency at all (SQL, Python, Git) etc, look elsewhere unless desperate.

Cons

- Micromanagement - Poor communication - Performance reviews/bonuses were skipped this year - The system is built to measure productivity by the number of tasks completed per day rather than the complexity of the task. This is not a good thing unless you are ok with drone work. Some managers optimized for good-looking metrics. - Doing any work that is more complex in nature is rewarded with more time tracking and meetings on the RMSI side.

Alot of training and managers are really professional and kind.

Cons

They switched from remote to hybrid. Majority of the people they hired were not from norcal so many of us resigned.
