      Holds good Name in the industry so has brand value for your resume

      Cons

      You need a God father here to Succeed. No appreciation for good job Immediate superior is king..no one else matters Company Policies are contorted as per convenience to suit the company Senior management has rigid preconceived expectations totally oblivious to current business scenario

      Pros

      I don't see any Pro other that the company policy are pro management, the company is succeeding in forwarding the interest of the people sitting at the top and the departments are bringing their head together to frame such policies that favour the top shots and provide them benefits of the hard work of poor employees

      Cons

      To manager worship and you get the promotion. Performance is not rewarded instead you are expected to have sycophantic attitude towards toward your superiors. Managers are insensitive to the demands of poor employees. HR policies are confined to paper only. In case of ant grievance there is no one you can turn to and expect that it will be redressed.

      RMSI went from one of the best places to work with to one of the worst in the last 2 years

      Pros

      Earlier, the work-life balance was good. Flexibility in timings still there. One of the best places to work for managers. Good for senior level people.

      Cons

      Salary is one of the worst being offered by any ITES companies. The company entirely ignores its lower level staff like Senior Engineers and Asst. Engineers. Quality of the staff has also gone down in the last 2 years.
