True It is a best place to work for. But now-a-days we are facing many issues with insufficient break timings, poor pantry maintainence (not able get atleast chilled water), coming to transport we need to stand in buses. I want to retire as an RMSI employee. Please improve.

Cons

They want to achieve 99% quality for their client but coming to the end of the day they just need the target to be achieved. The person who gives quality and gives his 100% to the company will be questioned for not achieving the target and he needs to work one more additional day. The person who achieves target with with very poor quality of work doesnot need to work an additional day.
