      Flexible working hours but some people have problem with others coming late and don't have guts to say it on face. No professionalism. Lots of politics.

      Pros

      The location is in NCR. That can be said as a pro. Very close to the metro station. Other than this there are very few pros.

      Cons

      Extreme harassment from the managers, mid-level and low-level employees are forced to work up to 14 hours a day without any additional benefits, managers are not skilled, shamelessly indulges in stealing intellectual property from other organizations, cheats both the clients and employees. The salaries are too low, at least when compared to the market rates.
