Management not on the employee side, they would rather keep hiring new employees instead of working with us.

Worked here for 3 years doors always revolving, I have had more supervisor and operator in and out of here

Excellent benefits - generous holidays, vacation, medical insurance and car program. Solid financial position. Great people to work with. Great work/life balance!

Cons

Every company has it's challenges, but there is nothing that would give me pause for recommending Rockwool to anyone.
