      Great product to use, easy sell

      Cons

      Where to begin. Seems to be a lack or disconnect between management, sales and customers. They are not customer focus and do not show support for customers who support the company Its a revolving door. People seem to join the company than leave, give it a year or two and you will see new faces everywhere. No consistency. People leave or change roles often. Salary Does not reflect responsibilities and amount of business coming in. They have been the leader for many years with any innovative products or put themselves in a position to adapt to competition. Management have been sitting on the easy button for far too long. No real vision for career advancement

      Pros

      The Rockwool Group's India entity started up very well instilled with the Group's core values towards building the culture among the emoyees. So had a strong start

      Cons

      But with original vision being lost short-term gains made most important by present management which has cast off off Rockwool's core values in regard to working and has now become just another marketplace to work. No organisational stability and respect of employees seen.

      Used to be a place where you got lots of opportunities, training and responsibilities A place that focused on long term investments is etc

      Cons

      Now it is just a money machine like many other stock companies Sad to see the transition from family owned with healthy values to short term money only focus
