      Great colleagues, steep learning curve

      Cons

      No personal development (no budget for personal development). Family owned business. NO FLEXIBILITY (No working from home/remote). Management does not listen to employees. Micro Management all over the company, even though it states in employee handbook it shouldn't happen.
