Pros

Excellent management, work life balance is fantastic. The product is the best on the market for the industry which makes things a lot easier as a salesperson. Regular company outings/events. The management really seem to care about their employees. Good bonus scheme, everything really.

Cons

Bring separate sales teams together as more of a unit to encourage cohesion and joint approach to winning business.

Cons

No room for movement. European HQ controls everything and wants us to operate the way they do even though our NPS scores and customer satisfaction are better.
