Pros

It is a product that a person can absolutely stand behind and feel proud about selling to customers. There is a very diverse and cultured group of employees. There will most definitely be new experiences because the environment is ever changing and adapting. Roxul overall, believes in a "team" mentality and strongly encourages working together whenever the opportunity presents itself, which is a strong positive for an employee working remotely. The future of the company is exciting because it is still growing, plenty of untapped potential and ROXUL is always open for new ideas. The company vehicle is an added bonus! Plenty of freedom in working your own plan and scheduling.

Cons

There are a lot of inconsistencies in bonus structure/pay out as well as positions/organization, due to the fact that the company is still growing rapidly and trying to figure out which way works the best for the company. Sometimes things happen that just don't make sense.

I am on the road working out of the Milton Office. The support staff at every level are friendly and very helpful. Enjoy going to work, its the hub of insulation technology.

Cons

Company Intranet is an ocean of information and technology.

Roxul is a great company to work for that looks out for its employees and strives to make a difference in our communities. I have had a great experience working at Roxul and enjoy the company culture and amazing product that Roxul produces.

Cons

Overall good, the communication levels within departments could be better at times.
