Pros

ROLLER checks many boxes when it comes to being a great place to work. The company is excellent, particularly when it comes to the focus on People & Culture. ROLLER offers significant flexibility when it comes to work/life balance, which is crucial for remote teams and team members who are raising families. Also, the product itself is world-class and undeniably the best in the industry, making it exciting to talk about and share with the industry.

Cons

Even with flexibility in work/life balance, having a globally distributed team can pose challenges in connecting at ideal times. All global meetings are set in Melbourne/Sydney time, which for US team members is at the end of the day and for Europe is late at night. It's the most challenging in the summer (Northern Hemisphere) when there are no overlapping business hours.
