Pros

I get to work with amazing people — not just because they’re technically skilled, but because the vibes are genuinely great. The hierarchy here is super flat, so it never feels impossible to reach out to anyone, even the CEO. Compared to other companies I’ve worked at, it’s refreshing that even though we’re ultimately here to make money, it still feels like everyone — from People & Culture to your teammates — actually wants to help you grow and be better.

Cons

Like any company, there are always going to be some nuances, but in my time here, I’ve never run into anything I couldn’t bring up and work through with someone higher up.

ROLLER is growing like not many other SaaS businesses in Melbourne at the moment and I have seen it go from 210 ish to 270 in the first 6 months of me being here. The TA team is crushing it and I have loved every part of this role. We are moving on up with a focus on bringing in great people from all walks of life.

Cons

Growth like this struggles to find an off switch and although I love the ride, it is hard to switch off from work sometimes
