Beware of complacency

Pros

People are genuinely nice here and the environment is pretty laid-back. Everyone's always willing to pitch in and help out with everything. Some really good seniors and CDs too.

Cons

This agency tries a little too hard to be cool, and it's really just an okay place to start. People seem to stay for way too long and tend to get complacent and bitter about the work done at the agency.

The office desperately needs a makeover. They have great creative talent, but the office doesn't reflect that.
