Pros
Steady work, most people are nice. Challenges of work can be exciting.
Cons
No actual direct communication. Seems everyone is just doing their best. No training, policies or procedures. Half your co-workers will know if you messed up before anyone says anything to you... Higher management likes to keep everything a secret, then be angry you were unaware of changes no one has informed you of. Cut throat, CYA and throwing others under the bus is the culture of this place.
