      Good compagny but not carreer orriented.

      Pros

      Work-life balance, lot of Pot luck, warmfull coworker, working from home(until further notice), 3 weeks holidays

      Cons

      No bonus, wage is not increasing much, basic health benefit, repetitive task, working full time but hours can be reduce to part time occasionnally

      - you get to work with some of the smartest and hard working individuals - work is challenging but fun

      Cons

      - no clear direction of where the company is heading - upper management creates silos for individuals and you are told that you are on a need to know basis constantly - senior leadership is very two-faced, ready to throw people under the bus to save their own skin
