Company who rants about ensuring employee success comes up short when following through. The only sure way to guarantee success, longevity with this company is to choose the right people to hang out with on the weekend and take excessive smoke breaks with. The turnover at RQ is astounding. Rightfully so. The Camp Lejeune site leadership is struggling. As long as you can endure the daily hallway gossip sessions, lack of professionalism/experience and do all of the tasks that are not yours and stay quiet you will have possibly a great future there. Morale is so low that it’s penetrable. Stay away-
