      Pros

      This is a quality company with a great vision that truly tries to live by their values, values that are difficult to find in the construction world. There are many opportunities for growth, the company encourages innovation, and rewards quality work. The company is also very well positioned in the Federal marketspace that should enable continued positive growth and protection during recessions.

      Cons

      RQ is a large company that has grown quickly. There are always some growing pains with rapid growth and as a large construction company, there are some project teams that don't perfectly represent RQ's values.

      Growth that requires employees to be nimble and willing to step into roles they may not feel ready for. Good opportunity for those that want to take on the challenge. Not a good fit for someone that wants status quo.
