Pros
Aggressive bonus plan, excellent incentive programs (yearly GM trips, incentives based upon performance, skill & teamwork building). I worked my way up from Assistant Manager starting at $31,250 to Troubleshooting/Traveling GM where I opened New stores & remodeled ones making $60,000 plus bonuses. I recommend RREMC to those interested in managing restaurants.

Pros
The customers are great! I especially like the ones that used to come from Tickle Me Tuesdays and the other weekend club hoppers. I've gotten to know a few families while I was there and the customers are just lovely.
Cons
Working at Denny's is a different story the management is just all over the place. There have been managers that we're not right stealing from the company and they hire them back.
