1. Good people around (Team members). Very supportive. 2. Good learning for freshers.
Cons
1. Management team does not have a vision. 2. Management will not think about the personal growth or company growth. 3. Employees are treated very bad after putting the resignation. 4. No reply is provided for queries neither from management, nor from HR or finance department. 5. Compensation is very low for experienced employees. 6. The exit interview/ employee satisfaction survey suggestions are not reviewed.
