There will be many long term friendships built here. 4.No night shifts and extreme shifts. 5. Job flexibility. 6.You can do work from home as you want( there is an annual cap). 7. Package at time of joining is good. 8.Direct work relationship with client

Not many opportunities - "single client focused and now they are moving!" Top management lacks vision for growth (though they have converted couple new projects and expecting a lot)

Good friendly environment and easy going people to work with

Policies are not very good, be clear about the variable amount before joining because its performance based and you will not get 100% even if you are a consistent performer without any escalation. If you are good in front of your manager you will get 100% if not then you have to be satisfied with 75% of the variable amount. No scope of growth in position.
