very poor infrastructure, too much dependencies on single client, not much activities in sales front .

1. Good office timings, no night shifts and extreme shifts. 2. Good job flexibility. You can do work from home as you want( there is an annual limitation). 3. Package at time of joining is good.

Cons

1. One single client, Visa. 2. Other very small clients. Very problematic to allocate all employees once Visa is gone. 3. Very poor hike in salary. 4. Due to variable component, in hand take home salary is less.
