Pros

-not much of work pressure. -was sent to client site (within India). -learnt a few technical and non-technical things. -there are a few projects in the company that can provide you onsite opportunities in US, UK, singapore. -is a good recruiter and has good reputation in the the city of kolkata. -company showing good growth in recent years, also the company's stock price in rising. -good work culture, colleagues are helpful and friendly.

Cons

-does not pay well. -does not hold a popular brand, hence less known outside the city of Kolkata. -nothing else, I worked there for less than a year, so did not have chance to evaluate the organization more.

Pros

Very friendly culture (not sure whether its pros or cons?) among team members. WFH facility is good. In some team there is good rotation of onsite (but not each team).

Cons

Only one client in payment domain. Management is not very well versed. They dont have anything to say over client. And the increment is very poor....annual increment may not beat inflation...that means your real income is decreasing.

Pros

Good work-life balance and a homely culture. Though pay is poor work load is also relatively less than peers. Had good short term onsite opportunity to work directly with the customer.

Cons

Laid back work culture with no focus in achievements. Very ineffective Senior,Middle management. Recognition is based on perception and not on real performance data. Resource pooling and retention strategies are very bad. Its very obvious that though its a public company its actually a family run business of the current CEO. The Company is happy mostly with a single Customer from its inception and that is probably due to the fear of loosing control of business if it grows. The outlook is negative since the sole Customer is gradually moving away from this company.
