      Pros

      Enormus Scope of work if some one is willing to do it. You get to learn a lot. Kind of Family Company - you will know almost every one. You will have many friends here. Many parties hosted from team contribution and quaterly parties hosted by the Company. Mostly managers try to help you you in any problem you are in.

      Cons

      Work - You do it all on your own - people are busy at tea & gossip. Family Environment - Non Professional. You need to talk to every one personally to get a job done. No one is ever fired/layed off - you work or you dont!!

      Since this is a small company the hunger for growth and the potential is deffinatelly there.

      Cons

      Not much to say on the Cons, its as good as it can get, no such complains. Due to the size of the company there are some factors that are there but as such an ok company
