      1. Good people around (Team members). Very supportive. 2. Good learning for freshers.

      Cons

      1. Management team does not have a vision. 2. Management will not think about the personal growth or company growth. 3. Employees are treated very bad after putting the resignation. 4. No reply is provided for queries neither from management, nor from HR or finance department. 5. Compensation is very low for experienced employees. 6. The exit interview/ employee satisfaction survey suggestions are not reviewed.

      1. Can get frequent onsite. 2. located in Kolkata. believe me that is the only good thing about RS Software.

      Cons

      1. Poor management 2. Poor infrastructure 3. Hell for all lateral joiner, as Management is too much biased towards their old employees even if they are incapable. 4. Only One project, i.e. VISA. So you can not even change your project. 5. Zero HR policy.
