Pros
1.The company is good for those looking to stay in Kolkata compared to some other big MNCs in the city 2.Good chance of getting an onsite opportunity. 3.Mid-size company, so HRs are approachable and they are good in helping out. 4.Job is more or less secured here.
Cons
1.The Board of Directors just boasts about profit and share prices of the company but employees doesn't share the same feeling. 2.Poor infrastructure - considering the boastfulness of BoD about continues profit for last 16 quarters. 3.No learning opportunity as the work is of support type. 4.Very few clients and they don't look much serious about expanding the business and getting new clients. 5.Poor hike in annual appraisal.
