Cons

Too much dependent on only one client. HR rules and policies can give someone trouble sometimes. Family/relative preferences sometimes trouble someone else.

People are very good & friendly. They will consider your troubles and help you personally. There will be many long term friendships built here.

Cons

Need to get something done - walk by his desk and ask him. There is nothing official about it. More focus is on manual tasks. Not many opportunities - single client focused.

Pros

Employees were great, very helpful. Flexible schedule. Work was ok, sometimes mulit task projects. There were tight schedules sometimes.

Cons

The salary structure is not good. Being a USA Citizen, and trying to live of low pay rate was tough with a family. The management at the local level was okay. The upper management and no vision to expand and staff other companies. The entire model was based on staffing one big transaction company on the bay area.
