Pros

The company offers engineering, infrastructure, and architectural services out of multiple office locations. They provide feedback surveys to staff members and are open about the modifications and enhancements that are made as a result. The company also provides us software and standard familiarity resources, which are updated or modified according to industry requirements. There are remote and hybrid work opportunities offered by the company. Regarding the benefit packages that are offered to employees and any modifications that are made, the corporation is quite transparent.

Cons

The corporation is transparent overall, but not when it comes to the justification for annual raises and how they stack up against the company's overall performance in each of its markets. The framework for professional goal-setting and performance reviews is quite easy to understand, but it is up to the individual to explain how their objectives relate to the company's overarching business objectives.
