Pros

Cross-functional collaboration exists across all departments of the Firm. The unspoken primary expectation is that all associates are on one team to achieve whatever goals are set before them and to consistently uplift the Firm's reputation and value. RS&H is associate owned which creates a palpable incentive to bring value and improvement to the table every day.

Cons

The Firm is a smaller medium-sized company of about 1,400 people, so there is not always an opportunity to move around to different roles or to take on more leadership responsibility. It has also been in business for 83 years, so like many companies this size and age, technology isn't always cutting edge. While this may be a con, because of the nature of the culture, there is an openness to bringing new ideas to try and implement.

Leadership is down to earth and very approachable. The company goes out of its way to offer career development and support.

Cons

Workload is tough but it’s balanced by a very liberal remote working policy. No cons!
