      - Interesting projects - Skilled co-workers - Several established/large contracts - Decent time off benefits (sick leave and vacation)

      Cons

      - Poor bonus compensation for employees (non-senior management) - Promote those that don't deserve it or continue to show a lack of leadership (no-accountability) - Lower pay compared to industry - If you aren't in the home office you are treated like an outside consultant

      productive work environment. Full of young professionals. Decent benefits. Interesting work. Company events and engaging management.

      Cons

      Only 2 weeks vacation for the first 5 years, then gets bumped up to 3 weeks. Hard to move up.

      Night work and weekends sometimes but that comes with this job.
