Pros

Good people who are trying to deliver. Requires an acceptance that changes will not happen, so low demands and expectations exist..

Cons

Struggling to achieve more than average. Operating as if it's the 1990s. Average leadership, with no motivation to change. Average salaries, average benefits. Not sure they even see the need.

Pros

It's a Meritocracy. You get what you earn here. An abundance of opportunities to learn and grow. Many interesting projects all over the country. An agile company where work sharing is common between offices. Not only good for the stability of the business, but for the interests of interconnecting offices all over the country. All around, some really great people to work with.

Glassdoor makes me write here....no cons!

Pros

A very laid back environment and flexible work schedule. The company has a good reputation in their industry for producing quality work and being very customer focused. A zero debt company.

Cons

Management is very inconsistent. Some are very approachable, while others are very closed off and contribute very little to the growth and development of those they supervise. It's also nearly impossible to be promoted at RS&H. Even extremely motivated employees never find out about open positions above them until after they are already filled. The company likes to fill new positions by stealing employees away from their competitors versus promoting from within. Benefits and pay are below average for the industry. I left the company for a much better opportunity because I could not get a promotion in 6 years of working there. Annual raises were only enough to cover the cost of living increase.
