Unqualified managers making unethical decisions

Pros

Decent salary Ok benefits Coworkers

Cons

Only hire young workers and get rid of the older workers. Managers aren’t qualified and some don’t have college degrees or the required experience to be in roles. You’re either in the clique or you’re fired. HR is a joke and if you make a complaint, expect retaliation. HR Department even has managers without degrees that are required for the role.

If you are recent graduate maybe could be a little difficult to get on track. You have to work overtime when the deadlines comes but is part of this business and if you really love your job will be easy.
