Pros

RS&H really knows how to pick team players. I can honestly say I enjoy coming to work because of all the different personalities that are encountered everyday. Overall, lots of positive people. Glad there has been many new initiatives to make our work culture more appealing to some, and more open to opinions for all. C-suite really practices what they preach.

Cons

Sometimes with new policy implementations it can see really challenging to get (or sometimes keep) the ball rolling.

Thank you for your feedback. You’ve really captured a couple of our core values. Our Mission Statement is built upon four (4) core values (Integrity, Quality Service, Business Success and Valuing Associates) all of which serve as the foundation for what we do every day. With any RS&H project we work on and/or client we work with, we are committed to providing a high-level of service and sometimes that means doing what it takes to meet the needs of our clients.

Pros

One of the biggest strengths is the emphasis on teamwork. I don't think RS&H can stress that more than enough. Also, If you are a self-motivated individual, there is a variety of projects that can be very exciting to work on.

Cons

Very little upward mobility, subpar benefits, and consistent micro-management from direct supervisor would be the strongest cons. Another item that is worth recognizing is the services for employees with disabilities (hearing impairment) was pitiful. There was much discussion about providing the needed services, but it wasn't until a year after start date, I was provided a solution that was barely adequate.
