      The company has great security solutions for financial institutions as well as strong two factor authentication secure tokens which makes it leading security company of the world. Being EMC subsidiary, you get opportunity to work on best storage infrastructure.

      Cons

      Management do not enforce implementing good documentation and standardized procedures. Each consultant is trying to resolve issues here in his own way.

      To much management involved with various projects, difficult to transfer to different positions internally and out of state.

      Wonderful work environment. People you work with are fantastic. No crazy 24/7 hours, your nights and weekends are your own.

      Cons

      Management views all employees as pawns to be moved around to projects at will without concern for their interests or skills. They think all engineers are equal.
