Pros
RSA has great benefits and their guidelines on employee rewards and compensation is very fair. However, how the guidelines are applied is at the discretion of each manager. I have been very lucky to have worked for 2 fantastic managers who both treat me with respect and reward me for my hard work.
Cons
Although RSA was bought by EMC many years ago, they have maintained a separate identity and kept their family-feel. In the last couple of years, RSA's merge into EMC's identity has rapidly progressed and they are losing that autonomy that makes them unique and a fun environment to work in.
