      Pros

      Cutting Edge technology company. Flexibility with working hours/location. Great pay, benefits, and career opportunities.

      Cons

      As with any major company....financial focus. I think keep perspective here. Most work places are made by the immediate boss. My boss is great, but i see some that are not.

      Pros

      Relatively good reputation in the industry. Pay is very competitive in the industry. Work/Life balance is healthy. Travel is average and very doable.

      Cons

      Upper management lacks direction in my opinion. As with many large companies, bureaucracy drives the company, whether those choices be the correct ones in the long-term of the company or not.

      Great place to work

      Pros

      Pay is good, the software engineering managers are good (other departments less so), and employees generally have a fairly high skill level. There aren't really any people that I can't assume will get their work done.

      Cons

      The vacation policy is pretty terrible. It's only 2 weeks (plus 3 floating holidays) for the first 5 years. Working with some of the outsourcers is very difficult because, frankly, they are simply terrible developers.
