      Family type culture, employees have been there a long time.

      It's a good old boys club in sales leadership for sure. They have not had a female in a sales leadership role in it's 20 year history.

      The people are great. Always looking forward, but not forgetting what we missed or overlooked. I enjoy the team spirit and the pay is good.

      Cons

      Hedge fund is starting to outsource many jobs. Not sure if we will be the same company in 2 years.
