      Pros

      Usage of Verity of technologies (Java, Spring, SQL, NoSQL) new and old, new technologies are considered seriously and not just because they are the new cool stuff. A good work life balance, a petition for a holy day was never turned away even during stress times Company (Dell, EMC) and Management encourage self-development I have never been in a fellowship that offers so many classes to its employees

      Cons

      Products are mature (although maintained with new technologies) we spent a good amount of time in bug fixes and dealing with legacy code. Organizational changes are frequent, don’t get overly attached to your seating location as it changes very few months

      RSA Archer Support positions should be avoided at all costs

      They over pay for their support positions.

      Cons

      -Completely inept management. -Complete lack of documented process. -Customer "escalations" do not move to more knowledgeable reps; rather become forced priority to the detriment of other clients. -Complete lack of efficient training. -Micromanagement leads to duplicated work. -After leaving the company they illegally withheld my final paycheck for over a month due to lack of documented exit processes.
