Pros
Great solutions - good reputation in the industry, great customer base. Supportive team & management from a local perspective. Training and mentoring was a regular part of the routine. Good channel.
Cons
The acquisition by EMC was a little challenging. Culture was different. A storage company acquiring a best of breed security company was questionable, however, this opened up the acquisition of other companies for the "Security Division"
