      Youthful, dynamic, professional, state of the art, creative, innovative and fun. technically challenging. Positive feedback and recognition of achievements

      Cons

      Due to RSA global reorganization, the work environment appears unstable. The Agile Scrum/Kaban project management would be more affective if followed as designed.

      - Incompetent recruitment process. - Politics across the board. - Lack of motivation. - Uncertainty prevails in the company at all time. - No clear communication from top management to site level management. - Lack of live project. 90% products has been move to CE mode. - Poor HR department. - Dull work environment.
