Lots of red-tape, hard to advance, not an inspirational workplace, some of the senior management is great while others are very obtuse which makes it hard to improve and implement new ideas

- Old RTP facility bursting at the seams - Average compensation and average benefits - 'Unflexible' hours, work from home allowed not encouraged. - Sometimes the management can disconnect itself with your career development goals. - Most of the QE work is outsourced to another country and it can be frustrating to work. - Software Developers can be asked to work as Customer Engineers (on biweekly rotation or such) and although helpful for a while, can become dull after a while.
