      Pros

      Great benefits except that you cannot move to another group if your manager doesn't want to allow it. Some managers are good. Good people work at RSA.

      Cons

      Good people but unhappy. Managers have NO technical knowledge but argue till death on it.Don't point out a problem how to improve something you will be punished.Stay away from Ed Services.No training for those who train.Travel= $50 per day food & incid all locations. NYC/London find a McDonalds. You have to fly 24hrs in coach. Mgrs get it all.

      Pros

      People are very nice for most part, kind and considerate, there's an on premise cafeteria which has relatively decent food, there's also a decent gym. Fantastic work life balance, let you work from home and it's up to the manager to figure out how much and how often. They can be quite generous with that.

      Cons

      They have not invested in new equipment in probably 20 years, the chairs are all falling apart and you'll either end up with carpal tunnel or back problems. Some, not all, managers are just atrocious. The company does not hold on to talent very well at all. In the past year they've allowed some very important and looked up to people to leave the company. This is a lot of knowledge and company spirit lost that I'm not sure RSA can afford to lose right now.

      Good benefits Many good people Free coffee!

      Cons

      Cash cow is dying Development is lost, several rounds of management changes have not fixed this Culture has reverted to that of a big old slow company, no innovation It took a while, but the EMC acquisition has finally brought the company to it's knees Rounds of layoffs happening quietly
