If you need a paycheck then it’s an ok place to work.

Pros

They leave you alone. They process payroll on time.

Cons

As long as you are proficient in your particular skill set then there are no cons. However, if you’d like to be part of a strong technical team I’d pass on RSC.

Pros

The team at RSC Solutions consists of some of the most hardworking, positive, and collaborative people I have ever met. Every employee gives 110% which makes the work that much easier.

Cons

Although the people were great, the pay was so-so.
